RETURN POLICY

c. Package the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided RA number visibly on the outside of the package.

d. Ship the return using a trackable and insured shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 

Refunds:

a. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is processed.

c. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 

Exchanges:

a. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process as outlined above.

b. Specify the desired exchange item details, and we will ship the exchange item to you once the returned item is received and processed.

c. Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
